555w is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, requires you to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document and, where necessary, proof of your nominated payment method.

Acceptable IDs include but are not limited to: Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. All documents must be current and clearly legible.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on 555w.
